We are an Italian-Polish company with fifty years of experience in producing metal structures and transport systems (such as pallet, containers, etc.) for the automotive sector and beyond. Our work begins with the creation of detailed technical documentation in 3D/2D format, which is a crucial part of the design phase. We then prepare prototypes and small trial series, allowing us and our clients to thoroughly verify functionality before proceeding to mass production.
In our facilities, we have a range of machines that ensure the high quality of our products. The cutting process of raw materials is mainly performed with CNC-controlled machines and advanced laser cutting machines, both for profiles and sheets. For the deformation process, we use the most modern CNC press brakes to bend the details.
As we proceed with the preparation of all cut and bent materials, our qualified workers fuse all subassemblies and assemblies until achieving the complete bond, in accordance with the standards UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and EN ISO 1090, thus allowing us to label each of our products with the CE mark. Furthermore, for large quantities of products to be fused, we also have a robotic welding line.
In pursuit of the highest product quality, each structure is subjected to the sandblasting process after the welding phase (industrial sandblaster - maximum element height of 4,000 mm and diameter of 3,000 mm), and then to an automatic powder coating process (maximum product dimensions of 3,500 x 2,500 x 2,800 mm).
At the end of the painting process, each product moves along one of the two semi-automatic component Sheet Assembly lines. At each station, a new component is integrated until the end of the line, where marking and a quality inspection of the product are conducted. This inspection can be carried out in a standard or more complex manner. After the product has already passed the standard inspection, it may undergo detailed quality control (upon request and for an additional fee), which includes precise measurements using a 3D camera system that ensures maximum accuracy. Thanks to the support of a 3D printer, we are also able to quickly produce plastic elements necessary to create a prototype in a short time (the maximum size of the details is 600 x 600 x 600 mm). Furthermore, to enrich our production capabilities, we can prepare a variety of plastic components using specialized injection molding machines and thermoforming products.
In addition to working in accordance with the welding standard EN ISO 1090 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006, we have also adjusted our production processes to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards.
CM3 is therefore able to prepare a complete solution for you or carry out only one or more production processes, such as design and technical documentation, material preparation, welding of structures, or shot blasting with powder coating.
If you have any questions, we are at your disposal and also invite you to our nearest office and factories to learn more about our offer, which we can tailor to your needs.
Our main goal is "Customer Satisfaction." By seeking new materials and innovative solutions, we have refined our skills and present ourselves to our Clients as a company characterized by carefully curated flexibility and professionalism.
In line with this image, we have subjected our design and production processes to specific controls according to ISO 9001 standards.
Furthermore, with highly specialized personnel and by following certified welding processes, we are also open to executing constructions in the field of precision Mechanics Parts.
